Return Policy

Conditions to return products or placed orders

Cancellation of Orders

If you cancel your order for any reason prior to shipping, you will receive a full refund – no questions asked. In case of delays, you will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your items are damaged upon opening, we kindly request that you take pictures of the damaged goods and send these to us via email.

We are always happy to exchange your items or provide you with a full refund in cases where there are clear signs of damage that was not caused by the customer.

How to return an item

Every customer can request to return his order as long as:

  • It is inside the original package;
  • Has never been used (or consumed); and
  • It has not been longer than 30 days since receiving the package.

Please email us at info@multitrance.com with pictures of the damaged items to request a refund.

We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it.

Shipping Costs for Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Products which were sent back to us without any prior notification will be delivered back to you at your own expenses.

All product returns will be under customers liabilities until they reach our office. 

Replacements

In the unlikely situation that a customer receives his order/items damaged or faulty, we will happily replace these items.

In that case, Multitrance will cover the shipping costs and any additional fees that might appear during the replacement process.

A customer can also request for an exchange of his order purchased within 30 days upon receiving the package.

All purchased items should be inside the original package and unused.

You must provide the exact information on which items you want replaced and why via email.

Exchanging of purchased item doesn’t include RE-shipping fees. Invoice of new shipping fees will be emailed to customer and payment for new shipping option must arrive prior we ship out a replacement. When all the requirements are met there will be right of withdrawal of at least 14 days, the consumer will receive the money back within 14 days.
